A while back I posted source code for an inside a volume and an inside
a polygon tester. The volume and polgons can be concave. Anyways, for
those that didn't get it, it is now available via anonymous ftp from

boulder.civ.toronto.edu (128.100.14.11)

in the

pub/INSIDE_VOLUME

directory. Any comments, bugs etc pertaining to this code are welcome. I
would also like to know who is using it.
