This also has an archive of all the old Modula-3 mailing list mail. If you are not on the Internet, I suggest you contact Greg Nelson (gnelson@src.dec.com); or perhaps someone at SRC can post a follow-up about how to obtain the compiler and other materials in the non-Internet world.
