I have finally decided it's time to release tcltt. Hence this post,
the gist of which is that tcltt v0.9 is available for anonymous ftp
from prince.white.toronto.edu (aka 128.100.2.167 for the unfortunates
without working nameservers) as /pub/muds/tcltt/tcltt0.9.shar (a 147K
file). If you can't ftp and are interested in it, contact me and we'll
work something out.

What is tcltt? Tcltt is a tinytalk-like TinyMUD client that happens
to be programmable in TCL. Tcltt should run on any BSD system, but has
not yet been ported to a System V system (that's the big reason why
this release is version 0.9, not 1.0). The tcltt shar does not include
a copy of the TCL library; you will need to obtain a copy of that if
you do not already have it. TCL is available from ucbvax.berkeley.edu
or uunet.uu.net as /pub/tcl.tar.Z.
