GNU DIFF doesn't have unix-style manual pages yet, but the BSD manual pages are available via anonymous FTP from uunet.uu.net in bsd-sources/usr.bin/diff/diff/diff.1 bsd-sources/usr.bin/diff/diff3/diff3.1 (I haven't read them.)
