Yes, via anonymous ftp to gatekeeper.dec.com (16.1.0.2) in /pub/GNU/c++-mode.el.
This corresponds to the patches I posted recently in comp.lang.c++.

It's wise to (setq c-auto-newline nil) to avoid problems with "::", and macro definition indentation seem to mess up the following code indentation, but otherwise it's a real pleasure --- a hell of a lot better than C mode for C++!
