I just added the February 1991 postings of sci.virtual-worlds to
the current archives-- the archives are available via anonymous ftp
to milton.u.washington.edu [128.95.136.1]. The archives now consist
of the following files:

To extract the files from any given archive...
        1. Be sure and ftp in binary mode.
        2. Do: compress -d filename.tar.Z
        3. Do: tar -xvf filename.tar
        4. The files will be extracted from the archive into the current dir.

The files Sept_90.tar.Z and Oct_90.tar.Z were a bit munged during transit
to their current residing place, and thus may not be exact duplicates of
all the postings from that time period.

The formats of Feb_90.tar.Z and Feb_91.tar.Z are the same, thus if you
un-tar them in the same directory, they will over-write one another.
This is something which I intend to fix soon.

We're still missing August 1990, and November 1990.

If you have any ideas on how to improve the newsgroup or the
archives, please send mail to either Bob Jacobson
(cyberoid@milton.u.washington.edu) or I (madsax@milton.u.washington.edu).

Thanks!
