The IETF TT Wishlist BOF met met last week to refine the draft below. There were quite a few suggestions which will be incorporated into the text over the next weeks. As of now I don't think the document will be substantially changed, though I'd be absolutely delighted to add new features to this "Wishlist". Despite the title, the draft does address interactions with NOC tools beyond the trouble ticket system, including interactions with alert sytems.
