It is now available in perl/perl.4.0 on ftp.eecs.umich.edu (141.212.99.6 at the moment, but subject to change). I will leave this up for at least the next couple of months to try to ease some of the load on jpl-devvax. Please report any problems (with the FTP site, not with perl!) directly to me.
