You need the routine known as "sudo" which allows you to give users the
capability of executing subsets of commands normally only enabled for the
superuser. The etiology of the name comes from the UNIX command "su," which
is used to change to superuser.
 The command was originally published in one of the UNIX administration
books and has since appeared on a number of bulletin boards. I suggest you
look for the program via "archie," the ftpable database program at
quiche.cs.mcgill.ca. Telnet to there, login as "archie," and then follow
the directions.
