Pickel) Original-subject: Sigview Documentation Update Reposted-by: emv@msen.com (Edward Vielmetti, MSEN) To all of you who emailed me (and those who were too shy to do so) about getting the documentation to Sigview, 0) Thank you for your interest! 1) I haven't forgotten about you. We have run out of printed manuals and I'm not certain we will be getting any more. 2) I have been working very hard on getting the document out of MSWord and into something useful i.e. Postscript. I have nearly succeeded. You should be able to find it available in the ftp place within the next few days (say, by April 29): machine: mcnc.mcnc.org network address: 128.109.130.3 login: anonymous passwd: guest directory: pub/sigview ************************************************************* For those of you who don't know what this is about, I repeat: Viewing Tool for Spice, CAzM, HILO, RNL, ESIM Sigview 3.0 Sigview, a graphical tool written in C and running under X11, allows the user to view data from the files produced by the above-named simulators as waveforms. Users of previous Sigview versions will be happy to hear that Sigview 3.0 contains a new mode which handles AC and transfer analysis data in a much more sensible way--including doing Fourier transforms and arbitrary math expressions over vectors of real-valued data. The source and documentation are available via anonymous ftp from the above-mentioned site.
