Hi again!

Well, thanks to Frank Prindle (Prindle@NADC.navy.mil), there are less
bugs in JIS.C and VALUES.C. He spotted a couple of bugs in the parts of the code
which determine the output file name. I have now updated those 2 programs, and
they are now JIS.C V2.1 and VALUES.C V1.3.
I have also added one feature to PRINT-JIS.C -- it now, by default,
prints the character sets with no wrap at 80 columns, but if you supply a new
flag, it will do the wrap. I also changed the part of the code which prints out
the ASCII character set -- it now only prints the printable ASCII characters.
The name of the program is now PRINT-JIS.C V1.1.
These programs will be sent out on a distribution list, and are also
available by FTP at ucdavis.edu (128.120.2.1) in the pub/JIS/C directory under
the names jis.c, values.c, and print-jis.c.
If you do not wish to be on this distribution list, please tell me and I
will remove you. Enjoy the programs -- they're free!
