Alternative servers:      remus.rutgers.edu
                          oberon.unm.edu

   This is the first ICB-server in GERMANY and in EUROPE!!! BE WELCOME!!
============================================================================

to access, you need a copy or access to the program icb, which can be
copied via anonymous ftp from athos.rutgers.edu/pub/icb-client.tar.Z
You will need to uncompress it and tar xvf it, then you need to run sh
setup and then make. This should put a copy of the program icb into one
of the directories created. copy it to your home directory and run it.

When asked for the server, you have the choice of the default, which
would connect you to remus.rutgers.edu (Rutgers University, NJ, USA) or
you enter the ftp id# 131.188.1.43 for the above server.

Good luck.
