I just checked. the file is in
cs.uiuc.edu:/pub/epoch-files/epoch/epoch-3.2.tar.Z
and the patch files are in the same place
epoch-3.2-patch-1
and epoch-3.2-patch-2.tar.Z
dont forget to use binary mode when ftping files.
If you cant find them still, send me email (kaplan@cs.uiuc.edu) and we can
try figure out what the problem is. but even we only have anon ftp access
to this machine so it cant be a problem relating to us having more access
privelages than users from outside the U.
