Better yet, why not get the files from where I keep them, so you'll always get the latest version. The main archive site for the Sega 3D files is at vega.hut.fi and the files are in pub/mac/finnish/sega3d Most of the files are for the Macintosh, but there are text versions and even one GIF picture with the circuit description.
