I would like to add a few things here. One, the offical ICB ftp site is ccv1.bbn.com. You can find everything in pub/ICB. The client and server runs on unix, (there are VMS stuff available, please e-mail me).o ICB is very much like forumnet, but different. We (and I'm minor in the scheme) are taking it in our own direction. For now the servers remain indepentent of each other. Another note, the client doesn't seem to like next's and the server sorta only runs on suns. There is a icb mailing list at icb@alderon.lanl.gov, please mail jad@lanl.gov to get on.
