I've ported GNU g++ to 386/DOS, and it creates proper 32-bit code.
Requires 80386, DOS 3.x or better.  Supports 387 (or not), extended
memory, paging to disk, etc.  Graphics library for 256-color SuperVGA
modes up to 1024x768.  See the readme for more information.
