Version 1.40 of GCC is now available for anonymous ftp from
pub/gnu/gcc-1.40.tar.Z on prep.ai.mit.edu.

Compressed diffs in pub/gnu/gcc.diff-1.39-1.40.Z are 86431 bytes long.

The changes in this version are bug fixes.
