Prisoners: directory containing the latest version of the prisoners rules, powers/flares in ce-conv format, and PostScript for prisoner ruling cards. Brian, could you set up the trickle server for these? In addition, under PS-headers the files cards.ps, powers.ps, and hex.ps have been updated to version 1.01. The changes in cards and powers are cosmetic; hex.ps has some new hexes, including versions of the Mayfair Fan. The archives are available by anonymous ftp at 128.52.46.31, in the directory "ce".
