I had asked about the ftp site referred to in "microhydrodynamics" by S. Kim. It's doug.cae.wisc.edu and the directory is pub/microhydro. There are several books by Brebbia et al on BEM which deal with applications to various 1-d, 2-d and 3-d problems in potential theory, solid mechanics (linear elasticity, plane stress, strain probs) and fluid mechanics (Stokes flows, no inertia). Some of their books (eg. Boundary elements , an introductory course by Brebbia and Dominguez published by Mcgraw Hill) contain sample programs which are relatively easy to follow.
