Hi all,

I've received a number of mails asking what dld is. Sorry
that I left out a description in my last posting.

Dld is a dynamic link/unlink editor. It allows compiled
object files to be added to or REMOVE from an EXECUTING C program. It
was meant to combine the flexibility of dynamically changing the
program while it is executing, and the efficiency of compiled object
code. For details, please refer to my paper "An Approach to Genuine
Dynamic Linking", Software--Practice and Experience, April 1991, Vol.
21, #4, pp. 375-390.

	Comments are welcome!
