[comp.os.mach] On Mach sources

py198723@academ01.mty.itesm.mx (Jesus Eugenio Sanchez) (02/01/91)

In the Oct 1990 issue of Computer Shopper (OK, I admit to read it)
I read that the Mach sources was available for a variety of machines, namely
from ATs to RISC systems. How much is true about that? Where can I find one
source? Would it infringe any copyright law? The same article said that I
could contact the Mach authors by e-mailing to an account in Carnegie-Mellon.
I tried, and the mail said:"Unknown adress! :)"

Ok, maybe I'm been too optimistic, but I plan to run some version of
Unix on my 386 PC. That's why I wondered on Mach. I just can't afford XENIX,
and I *don't* expect to feed the Microsoft guys.
