[comp.os.mach] real-time MACH: PLEASE READ IF YOU REQUESTED INFO. ON RTMACH

prithvi@GAUGUIN.ART.CS.CMU.EDU (Prithvi Rao) (02/17/91)

I guess I should have been a little more careful about wording my
original message about real-time MACH. I really didn't expect the
amount of mail I have received since my posting.

Anyway.....PLEASE DO NOT SEND ME MAIL REQUESTING GENERAL INFORMATION.
I am trying to arrange for someone here to send copies of our paper
to all who have requested it. It might take a while because I have to
submit the list of requests to the secretary.

If you have read the paper and wish to discuss a specific aspect of
the paper please feel free to contact any of the authors. I just
don't have time respond to the dozens of requests individually. I
apologise that I didn't make it more clear about what I meant when
I suggested that people send me mail.

The sources for real-time MACH will be available some time soon but
I cannot give you a date as yet. The real-time code will be released
with the 'vanilla' MACH code so you may want to contact Lori
Iannamico who is software distribution coordinator for MACH. Her
	email address is lli@cs.cmu.edu.

I will post to this newsgroup about our progress so you will be kept
	updated on the status.

Once again I apologise for any inconvenience and I will try to reply
to all the mail I have received so far, but please wait for my next
posting about how to get the paper on real-time MACH.
