I would like to compile (or cross-compile) the Mach 3.0 kernel. I have the standard source distribution for MSD 2.6 and recently ftp'd the Mach 3.0 microkernel source. I cannot get make to run on either one. There has been discussion of the special make used by CMU and I had assumed it came with the MSD 2.6 distribution from Mt. Xinu but never found it. My goal is to cross-compile, (using Sierra C), the Mach 3.0 microkernel and get it running on a Motorola '030 board. If someone could point me to a document describing the process, if there is one, I would greatly appreciate it. By the way, our Suns are running SunOS, not Mach. Brent Slone slone@sctc.com
