Hi Netlanders, today I discovered an error in my harddisk's file-system. I tried to delete a folder with a couple of files and sub-folders in it. This worked fine until the last sub-folder. Deleting the folder under GEM gives: TOS-Error #34: path not found Deleting the folder with a shell gives: TOS-Error #65: internal error I guess, this means that my filesystem is somehow corrupted. Is there anything I can do now? Is there a thing like the UNIX fsck? I'm no guru, just a user and I don't want to have this folder for the lifetime of my harddisk. Please help! Thanx in advance Michael *-----------------------------------------------------------------------------* Michael Gengenbach (Technical University Munich) gengenba@lan.informatik.tu-muenchen.dbp.de (X.400) / relay.cs.net (arpa/csnet) gengenba%lan.informatik.tu-muenchen.dbp.de@ - unido.uucp (uucp) \ ddoinf6.bitnet (bitnet) *-----------------------------------------------------------------------------*
