It seems to me that a very inexpensive floppy disk controller ( either for 5.25" or 3.5" disks ) could be implemented with the DSP. Yeah, I know that it's not exactly overwhelming progress, but some people might want the compatibility or the availability of a cheap software distribution medium. Steve
