It seems to me that decision wouldn't apply to private universities, such as, Stanford or Harvard. Can anyone send me details about the University (or College) that was found
not guilty of copyright violations.  I am getting an opinion from the Univ.
lawyer about several things and I thought that I would get more information
about this case.  He needs to know at least the state involved.  
I will summarize any information I get so you can get your own legal advice
