After hearing so much about this machine, I'm really curious as to how
one goes about ordering this. No one I've talked with here knows how to
jump on the Next bandwagon. Although I'm CEO of my company, I'm on
the faculty of the University of Hawaii School of Medicine, and am a
researcher with the Cancer Research Center of Hawaii. Hopefully, that
should cover the required educational affiliation.
Please e-mail replies to me, as I rarely read the newsgroups.
Thanks,

It appears that a school must cut a deal with NeXT before its
people can order machines. NeXT is presently trying to insist that
educational institutions carry its support load. But it's not clear
how long that policy will last.
Does anyone know what the production rate is on NeXT boxes?
