[comp.sys.next] Log Out doesn't log out

gregb@dowjone.UUCP (Gregory S. Baber) (02/06/89)

I didn't RTFM, so pardon if this is obvious, but when I hit Log Out from the
Window Manager menu, rather than getting the Log In window, the monitor
window appears for a few seconds, then the system logs itself back in
(as me) and runs normally. What gives? Thanks, gregb

By default the "me" account has no password, and is automatically logged
in by the login window whenever you logout. You should give the "me"
account a password and then logout. You will then get the login prompt.
