Perhaps they don't want to make a big deal about foreign language support
until they can predict how long the project will take, even in rough terms.
It would take some time to do the "right thing." Given the potential markets
in the strong economies abroard, I wouldn't be very suprised if NeXT was
considering foreign language support. Seems a bit premature to start
flaming them.
