[comp.sys.next] Mail

Mail (and many other applications for that matter) can insert from a file.
You can use the Edit submenu of Edit to select all of the
text in a file and then copy it to your cut buffer and paste it into
the Send window of mail. You can even cut stuff from Webster's and
paste it in your mail. Have you tried Attachments yet (granted that this
stuff only works for other Cubic machines)?

If you want to save a mail message to a file, you can use Select all on the
message window and copy it to the cut buffer and use Edit to save the thing
to a file.

These methods take a little more time than a specialized option in each
application, but the generality that you gain can be argued for.
