[comp.sys.next] TIFF files and CCITT compression

I am looking for two things:

1.)  C source code for the CCITT compression/decompression method
     that is applied to TIFF files.

2.)  A definition of the new type of TIFF file that was released on
     0.9 update.  I have not found any documentation describing the    
     internals of this change.
