Often I want to paste the contants of a text file produced by the Editor into a Shell window. The ONLY way I can find to do it is to invoke the Editor on the file, select all copy then go to the Shell window and paste . Rather a pain. One would like to just 'paste" the contents of the file into the window. is that doable. if not why?
