If anyone has this file could you please send me a copy or point me to one. The file at cs.orst.edu seems not to be retrievable (shows in ls but "get" says its not there).

I just checked the file and everything seems to be okay from this end. I saw it with an "ls", did a "hash" and "binary" and got the file just fine.
