[comp.sys.next] Microphone, Speakers for the Cube?

I would like to hook up a microphone to my NeXT, and maybe some
speakers, too (like they always have in the nifty NeXT demonstrations).
I am not an audiophile at all, so I need some help:

(1) Can anyone recommend a quality microphone, and small stereo speakers.
    (I'd like to keep the cost under $100 though.)
    
(2) How do I hook this stuff up?
