[comp.sys.next] NeXT announces new configurations

According to the New York Times, Wednesday, October 18, NeXT will be
providing diskless workstations for networks at reduced cost to universities
and, presumably, to businesses as well. The article did not mention when
such systems would be available or what discount would be provided.

In addition, NeXT has announced a product called the 'Accelerator', presumably
for OD-only or diskless workstations. It's a 40 meg hard drive that the system
will use for virtual memory, rather than swapping over a network or to the
optical drive.

Did the Wall Street Journal give any additional info?
