[comp.sys.next] New version of MOTD

I've FTP'd a new version of MOTD to the 'submissions' directory of the
cs.orst.edu NeXT archive (should eventually show up on 'sources').

This version has a number of changes and/or additions, including:

  It now is a full 'LoginHook' and updates the 'wtmp' and 'lastlog' files
  that Workspace fails to (most significant if you have users that don't
  run Shell or Terminal).

  There is a compatible 'LogoutHook' with it to put the appropriate entry
  in wtmp when a user logs out of Workspace.

  Thanks to Izumi Ohzawa it now also checks for new mail on Workspace
  login and puts up an appropriate alert panel (and optional voice alert).
