Anyone see the Jan 24, 1990 Microprocessor Report ? Next placed 3rd in the Worst Ads of 1989 column. The ad in question uses the phrase "mainframe on two chips". Apparently NeXT declined to provide MPR with technical details that would back up the claim of what is essentially a multi-channel DMA controller. -jaz@calvin.icd.ab.com
