Hello, Sorry if this has been asked, (I looked everywhere) but has anyone done a NeXT version of ``rn'' or the like that a non-programmer type like an exec can use? Even if it is incomplete, I'd be willing to help out a little. An ftp site would be OK. Respond by email and I'll summarize. --gregb -- Reply to: Gregory S. I don't know of a NeXTStep "rn" but there is, however, a very nice news reader called "GNUS" that runs under GNUEmacs. It is much friendlier and powerful than "rn". It also hooks into a remote news server protocol called "NNTP" (News-to-News Transfer Protocol) With NNTP you can have one computer with a newsfeed that servers news to other NeXT's. __ / \ / __/_ /___/ __ /_ __ __ / INTERNET: robertl%bucsf@bu-it.bu.edu / \ '_' /_/ |_- / ' / BITNET: mete0pc@buacca.bu.edu p.s. I am using GNUS 3.12 right now.
