[comp.sys.next] dvips importing woes

If you are having troubles importing a particular EPS file into dvips,
make sure that file does not contain binary.  Many of the bug reports
I receive with this complaint are due to the desired EPS file containing
binary data---usually a symptom is that the file will print correctly
on a Mac or PC, but will not on a NeXT.

Speaking of EPS files, could some kind sole tell me how to convert PS
to EPS and/or what the format of an EPS must be.  Thanks.
