[comp.sys.next] two terminals with different shells in dock?

I've just started serious use of a NeXT.  I would like to set up my 
default workspace so that the loading dock contains two terminals, one 
open on a remote host and one on a local host.

I can easily have two terminals in my loading dock.  I can also easily
use dwrite to have a terminal execute the rlogin as its startup shell.
But I can't find a way to have only the two terminals execute different
shells.  :-(

I'd also like to give the two terminals different icons when miniaturized.
This would make icon selection less confusing for many of our NeXT users.

This was easy to do with suntools.  Anyone have any ideas how to do
this with the NeXT workspace?
