Hello, I understand that NeXT periodically offers classes in Pittsburgh and in California. There are suppose to be three classes; an applications class, a hardward tech. support class and a software tech. support class. I am considering going to the software tech. support class in Pittsburgh and was wondering if anyone out there has been and can tell me what is covered in this class(if you have comments on the other 2, i would be interested also) and if you thought it was informative.
