A quick check (with 'otool') seems to indicate that the binaries on /usr/sybase/bin and X11/bin (wherever you've installed it) weren't compiled with NeXT's shared library (like those on /bin, /usr/bin, /usr/ucb, etc.). Anyone know why it wasn't done (ie. is it incompatible with -bsd/traditional compilations)? Using the shared library would probably free up a few MB's for folks who are tight on (optical) space. - Christopher -------
