daugher@cs.tamu.edu (Dr. Walter C. Daugherity) (07/03/90)

Flash! Effective July 1, 1990, Businessland has significantly lowered their
prices for NeXT's! The Optical Disk+40MB model is now $7,995 (down from
$10,000), the NeXT Laser Printer is now $3,000 (down from $3,500), and a
330MB hard disk is now $3,000 (net readers will note third-party drives are
substantially cheaper). Blank optical disks are stil $99, and 4MB memory is
$1295.

The above prices were cleared for public dissemination by Businessland in
Houston.

Anyone care to comment?
