Tao #4 is now available from cs.orst.edu. I just put it in the pub/next/ submissions directory. I only have the WriteNow version; I need some kind soul to help me convert it to an acceptable ASCII version. Anyone who feels up to it should contact me through e-mail. Much appreciate it! People who are on the paper mailing list should have their copy within one week or so. -Robert Lin
