We are currently investigating ways in which to connect our lab to the campus network. The most appealing method would be a gateway machine, or rather, a machine connected to the two separate networks without bridging between them (mostly for security simplicity). I know that I can make our Iris perform this function with the purchase of a second ethernet card. Is there any hardware (and associated software) that will allow us to do this with our NeXT? I don't recall ever seeing any mention of methods to add a second ethernet card (or any such device) to a NeXT. Thanks for any information. I'll summarize any responses that I receive.
