[comp.sys.next] ASCII version Tao 4 available

Thanks to Declan (declan@portia.stanford.edu) who kindly volunteered
his help, Tao #4 has been converted to ASCII format, for those of you
who haven't got access to a NeXT. It's now uploaded to cs.orst.edu
(in the submissions directory -- may have been moved).
