[comp.sys.next] Speaker Class help needed

Hello NeXT programmers,
 I have an application that sends a message to the WriteNow app. to open
a WriteNow document.  It works, but an Untitled-1 window is created first
then it opens my file.  I have tried the openFile and the openTempFile 
methods from the Speaker Class.  If anyone knows the solution or where
I could get some more examples or information, please send your response
