I think there are more than a few things that can cause your problem. And I will try to answer more clearly next time if you describe the situation better. In the mean time: You have a separator for the pcv which must be clean, pcv lines should be soft and crack free, the electric soliniod on the carb could have failed, the tac connection broken.
