Printing WordPerfect files from a PC on our NeXT is something we've wanted to do but haven't had any success yet. What we had tried was saving the file in WordPerfect as RTF, and loading it into Edit or WriteNow. No luck. Recently I saw some posts here saying you should select a PostScript printer and print to a file. I tried it, and when I lpr the file on the NeXT, a panel comes up which says: Couldn't print file because of malformed PostScript Error: limitcheck; Offending Command:printerdevice I am able to view the file in Preview, but printing it causes that same error panel to pop up. Yap doesn't even image the file, it just returns an unknown error on an unknown line. Thanks a lot. I tried hacking the PostScript, but I don't know enough about it. I tried selecting different printers, and they all gave the same result. I tried PostScript, LaserWriter IIntx, and another obvious PostScript printer. Nada. So I am asking those of you who have done this before to please help us out and let us know what the trick is. Oh, and if it matters, we're using WordPerfect 5.1, and NextStep 1.0.
