I've seen NeXT's non-disclosure agreement. In fact, I've signed it. (Yay!) I'm going to assume that the agreement itself doesn't fall under the non-disclosure agreement, since they show it exclusively to people who haven't been non-disclosed. (Go figure.) In essence, it says that the signer isn't to talk about anything that NeXT tells him that's confidential unless he's heard it elsewhere. Personally, to stay in NeXT's good graces, I plan not to repeat anything I hear from any source, unless I have a NeXT press release on it. But I thought it was worth noting that their agreement doesn't say, "Don't participate in spreading rumors," it just says, "Don't start any rumors." Also, interestingly, it told me not to correspond with anyone in Albania. I'm serious. Albania, by name. Wonder what's going on over there. -william "hush-hush" shipley very silent independent NeXT developer at Stanford Quiet Linear Accelerator (disguised as a mild-mannered, close-mouthed CS ugrad at UWash)
